My Name Is Pedro Espinoza. I was born in Los Angeles, California in June of 1987, and relocated to Colorado in 2003. I relocated here as a minor with my family to escape the gangs and to seek change with ambitions of joining the Military. I joined the Army National Guard in 2006 at the age of 19 and was deployed to Ramadi, Iraq in 2009 as a 240B gunner. I currently work in a Law Enforcement Agency and have been employed with them since January 2012.
I live for my family, fight for my Country and do everything I can to leave behind a great future for my children and generations to come. I do not see Colorado moving in the right direction at this time. This is a direction that I do not want my children or their generation to go through. I want my children to understand that freedom is not always free and you have to work hard to get what you want and sometimes fight for what is right in life. To be grateful for not what you have but who you have by your side when your journey gets tough.
I understand that I will be criticized by the topics of what I speak and the eye dropping content I put in my messaging on the web and on my yard signs. I want to make sure that my message is clear, to the point and become a table topic discussion. These Issues I put out I believe are worth fighting for, for my children and the sake of our State and Country. I will not stand by and watch our state become another California or Washington where criminals run freely, homelessness is everywhere, Children being able to change their sex and receive procedures as little as age 10, and we as law abiding citizens create so called victims through our means of ‘hard work, family, faith and love of country’. It is time we as Coloradans open our eyes and realize that the direction that we are headed is to the ground and not for the better of our next generation.
If I stand by and do nothing, there will be that day when I look back and not forgive myself for not trying hard enough, for not standing up to fight for what is right and creating a false leader in the eyes of my children. That is why I am running for office, to be a voice for the people that refuse to open their eyes and for the few that are being forcibly shut to sustain their position of employment and livelihood. I just hope I can get more support from behind those shadows because freedom is given for those who are willing to fight for it.

Lets bring back the fundamental rights to parents, hold criminals accountable and lower taxes. I want to be a voice for you and together we will make a better Colorado for the future of our children. The smallest donations makes the biggest difference.
